Potato Candy

¼ cup mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 packages powdered sugar
⅓ cup peanut butter

Combine mashed potatoes, milk, vanilla extract and salt into bowl. Stir sugar into mix until dough consistency is reached. Refrigerate dough until chilled. Sprinkle powdered sugar on wax paper. Roll dough into a large square shape on a flat surface. Spread peanut butter on top layer of dough. Roll dough into a roll. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice into pinwheels to serve.
