Reeves Designs Veterans Memorial

One of our very own has designed a Veterans Memorial in a cemetery in Lincoln.

this memorial. He raised $4,200 in the process to help with this endeavor.

As an Eagle Scout, he wanted to take on the mission of designing, building and fundraising for the tribute at Bethesda Cemetery.

“I’ve always had a lot of respect for the military and veterans,” Reeves said.

The memorial has a flag pole that is encircled by four benches. There is also a headstone with a quote from General George Patton.
