Sausage Cream Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients: 1 lb. mild ground sausage; 1 box cream cheese; 2 cans crescent rolls.

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray a glass pan with cooking spray. Brown sausage and drain. While the sausage is still warm, add cream cheese and mix sausage and cream cheese together. Open the first can of crescent rolls and roll them out flat on the bottom of the pan. Push the perforations together. Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls. Open the second can of crescent rolls and roll them out on top of the sausage/cream cheese mixture and push the perforations together. Bake for 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown.
