Creamy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients: 3/4 to 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts; 1 block of cream cheese; 1 can corn (drained); 1 can black beans (drained); 1 can Ro-tel;  1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix; 1 packet taco seasoning or 3 Tbsp. chili powder.

Directions: Place all ingredients in a Crock-Pot on high for about 5-6 hours. Open Crock-Pot and shred chicken with two forks and stir. The mixture will thicken as it sits. Serve in warm tortillas or alone in a bowl. Add sour cream, avocado or shredded cheese to make it even better.
