Ingredients: 16 -oz. sour cream; 1 package fiesta ranch dip seasoning; 3/4 cup cheddar cheese; 3/4 can Ro-tel (drained).
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour. Serve with tortilla chips or Frito scoops.
