Reese’s Fudge

Ingredients: 3 cups mild chocolate chips; 1 can sweetened condensed milk; 24 Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped and divided.

Preparation: Line 8×8 glass dish with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Line with 16 whole Reese’s. Set aside.

Directions: In a large microwave-safe bowl, stir chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth and completely melted. Pour over peanut butter cups and smooth the tops. Chop up the remaining Reese’s and press into the top. Bring to room temperature (about 1 hour) before refrigerating. Once it is pretty solid, remove from the pan using the foil and cut into squares.
